Talk Mobile
Hi,
I had a 24 months contract with Talk Mobile which i phoned on the 18th June 2014 to cancel as they needed 30 days notice. They told me that it would be terminated on the 23rd July 2014 and i would onto Pay as you go. Found out today whilst checking my balance that my contract was still running and wasn't terminated, phoned them up and go that i will have to pay again for this month. I've terminated Direct debit to them and refusing to pay them.
Are they allow to charge me?

Well, by doing this you'll save some money, but will have your credit history trashed.I've terminated Direct debit to them and refusing to pay them.
No, they are not, but you have to sort this out correctly. Start with a formal complaint. Are they allow to charge me?
And next time either record your important calls or demand confirmation in writing or by email/text.0 -
They wouldn't let mine change to PAYG (Vodafone always do). If I actually paid for my contracts they'd have lost my custom for a number a poor experiences. Unfortunately, this is a disease which is contagious to most other networks too!0
