Kadison and Mrs Moneypenny, how are you feet today?
it doesnt look so bad today all the skin has come away from over the affected area so i just have a dry lin around the edge now. im using some carnation cracked heel balm on it to keep it all soft.
thank you for asking.
kadison glad doc thinks its only a blood blister, i dont think those do hurt.
hope all are well and had a good weekend
well done to sundays girl for graduating on hair conditioner.
ive got 4 ins to declare
3 lush bath bombs and a pot of there hand and body cream. (they were only 50p each at the carboot and all still sealed in original bags or pot and in date so happy with those.)
one UU busy but beautiful hand cream tube got cut open yesterday morning and is now empty in the recycling.SPC~12 ot 124

Mrs-MP, I wonder if it was a fellow NBUT devotee which you bought the Lush goodies from?! I have read of a few posters who car boot things. Small world, after all0

Hope people with sore feet are on the mend.
Kadison - can't help on the Rose, I don't drink it.
I have a uu
Clarins Extra Firming Night Cream 30ml, this was nice but I like the multi active night cream better, I used it over my Rosehip oil as on it's own I felt a bit dry which for combination skin in summer I wouldn't expect.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Another small UU from me:
7/185. Vichy Lift-Activ Advanced Filler 5ml - just realised that I didn't actually count this as an IN earlier in the year, whoops! WNB, nice enough but didn't seem to do much and super pricey.MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
Caught up!
Thanks everyonejust a small step but haircare is definitely under control now. However, I saw the Regis sale on the Grabbit thread last night and have decided to stock up slightly and hold off replacing my conditioner until then (hope it hurries up, I only have one application left...!). I was pretty restrained! Will count as INs when they arrive.
trudij - huge congratulations on the pregnancies, what happy news!
seasidedreamer - great news on your debt-free-ness! Hope wedding dress shoping went well.
Willowbee -at the Clinique mask. When was it discon? I do recall now that it moved house with me 7 years ago, and that it had been a fairly LHJ even at that point... I have a couple of Sanctuary clay masks stashed (have been for a few years now, takes me ages to get through face masks) so hoping they won't have gone off!
kadison - another who doesn't really drink rose, so when I do it tends to be unimpressive ones. Personally I think taking pudding would be a nicer touch. Could you bake a cake, they tend to travel well and are nice gifts? My lemon drizzle never fails to win over my in-laws, and it will keep for a few days so won't matter if they've already sorted pudding as they can then enjoy through the week. I like seasidedreamers's idea of chocs too. Good luck and don't stress about it - it's natural to worry but you can't change who you are and I'm sure they will love you when they see how happy you make their son. And do't forget that they've helped shape him into the person he is today, so they muct be niceMFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
kadison i think i agree with the pudding or chocs ideas. Wine can be quite difficult to choose for someone else and flowers never last very long. hope it all goes wellSPC~12 ot 124

I've had one UU this weekend, and a few IN's.
UU – Weleda Calendula Baby Oil – WNBA. I don't think I would. Perfectly nice but there are a lot of oils I want to try for OCM.
INs
• Bumble & Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish – The man gave me a demonstration on my hair in boots, and it added a lot of volume and gave me "day 2 hair" which is want I want. Especially since I've just got my hair cut and I don't like it!
• Coconut oil – HG
And I've never included samples in my Ins before, but looking at the pile of them… I think I should start! The man very nicely gave me some samples of…
• Bumble & Bumble lift spray sample
• Bumble & Bumble Shampoo & Conditioner sampleNo more goo hoarding!

Naughty step here I come:(
Thanks Kadison for the link, a load of Paul Mitchell products on the way soon I hope, I am gradually moving over to his range as he doesn't test on animals (it is taking me ages to source items that suit my difficult skin, in order to be completely cruelty free, but I will get there one day)
Also ordered a Ole Henrikson starter kit from Feel Unique.
Congrats to TrudiJ on the arrivals to be:D, Seaside dreamer on being debt free and Sundaysgirl on graduation. Hugs to those with tooth problems, sore feet and to everyone else who needs one.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
UU #125: Rituals Brilliant Bliss Shampoo 250ml; WNBA, love the scent as always but was far too drying (despite being touted as 'intensely moisturising'), to the point where I couldn't even get my fingers through my hair under running water. Used up the majority of the bottle as shower gel and it was fine for that, but certainly not worth £9.50 to wash my pits and bits0
