Another one of these how can I leg over a retailer posts, unbelievable!

I said in my post I wanted to act legally and not "to get a leg over anyone". Just like QVC does, try first and not satisfied return. I'm not trying to work any system but just play by the rules set down legally and by the companies themselves. If what I would like to do (try first) is not OK with these companies so be it, that's fine with me.

I do intend today to go to argos today and ask the manager before I buy so then Ill hear from them directly if I can do this.

    I'm smiling either way......:)

I've listened to video reviews and articles so I have done my research but trying is always the best option, if allowed ........IMO

Well, back from Argos and asked the manager about what I was looking to do "try and buy" but he said with Chromecast their policy was like earphones, you can't test them first. So no harm done, rules are rules at least I know the situation with argos. Going to visit my local Currys store to see if they have one on demo as someone said above..........

Talked with Amazon Customer Service via chat and kept a copy of my chat. No problems with Amazon I can try and if does not suit my requirements just send it back within 30 days for full refund.......

So hats off to Amazon and all done up front with nothing shady.....that's me finished with this thread now and thanks for all the comments
