Cashpoint TopUp problems today with Orange ?

Anyone aware of any problems with Cashpoint topup problems today, specifically with Orange ?

Topped up with £15 via the Tesco (RBS) cashpoint just after midday, making sure I selected the right network and phone number. Still awaiting the credit to be applied .. Some 5 hrs later.

The receipt advised that transaction was successful so I spoke to Orange PAYG earlier on 0800 108010. The advisor I spoke to claimed there has been a ongoing problem since this morning with these top-ups, blaming it on the banks !

Anyone else heard anything ?

FWIW - I used this method many times before without any problem, except today :(
