Where do I send a claim against Qantas?

hi, my daughter was delayed 24 hours on a flight from Heathrow to Sydney,in 2010, we have found all the relevant info, and now just need to send the Template letter and documents off. Does anyone have an idea where to send to, there doesn't seem to be a UK address for Qantas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
