My wife has a cash account with them, she also received the same letter which said that if ignored the account will be changed to a BANK ACOUNT and I think it was yesterday that her online shows it's a bank account now instead of cash card.

So it's 'Better' then? new account number or?? what about her debit card does it says 4659 or 4658?

The 4658 and 4659 card doesn't make a difference I have the 4658 and it works offline on trains etc absolutely fine. Yes I used to have a cash account five years ago but I have long been converted into a bank account
