Don't trust first trust bank!!!!! Major breaches!!

Angry Don't trust first trust bank!!!!! Major breaches!!
I can't stress this enough, under no circumstances can FIRST TRUST BANK be trusted, they admitted a massive breach of data protection leaving everything avialible for other customers to see, to which I took a photo, this included bank statements, cheques etc....

They then forged my partners signatureicon for a credit card application...

Then turned us down for a loan based on their homophobic beliefs...

They left my partner stuck in Paris when their systems went down....

When we complained they made us wait the full 8 weeks, admitted the breach of data protection, told us we had no right to contact them again, here's 500.00 and told us to leave the bank.

This bank already has a large history of dishonesty, please don't use, remove your money and bank somewhere else.

Do you not understand that this discredits all your other accusations?

    Whilst I humbly except your post, these two seperate events have happened in recent times, Barclays is currently ongoing, and First Trust are in a world of their own, if people are unable to decifer these two that sounds pretty bad to me;

I simply placed these to complaints on here, as I felt it was worth drawing the attention to people preciscley how bad these banks are and highlighting major problems with one in particular.

First Trust, are renowned for their dishonesty with regards to account opening, and the way they treat customers, I was only trying to be helpful, clearly I misunderstood what this website and forum was for.

And finally with regards to your comment that I found was highly inappropriate and quite frankly, as new user, your welcome to a renowned site for customers to voice THEIR opinons is highly questionable!

Was your partner stuck in Poland your other thread) or in Paris?

I'm sorry for what happened - but please do take care what you say about companies online and what you are accusing them of; you don't want to be looking at libel/slander charges in addition to your other troubles.

    Good luck.

I am always cautious when I see posts with multiple exclamation marks, and I definitely reserve judgement if the only posts are a couple of emotional complaints about banks.

So it was Poland in the other thread and Pari in this 1, is next 1 Portugal. We could just name every country or capital city beginning with P.

Do not be angry. Anger itself will not help
Manage your anger, use common sense and ask for advice to find how to win for compensation, and not a blatant accusation without evidence.

Ehmm, you ask the people not to trust FIRST TRUST BANK but why should the people trust to what you have said. Keep in mind you just have five post when posting this and most of them is a major discredit to a bank without evidence. here are all of your posts.

    .

Forgery is a crime. Find a no win no fee solicitor is a clever move to handle the case rather than emotional senseless post like this.
The no win no fee solicitor might see this one as a gold mining. Both of you will be making money

    .

Keep in mind lending money is one of their core business. If they believe they could make money from it why should they turn down the application who are trustworthy. Did not they lend money to anyone else ??

Also this already shows your attitude and people could see how could they trust what you said. You do not provide any evidence either.
You do not provide reasons, proofs why they turned you down.

    In conclusion:
It is only an idiot will trust what you have said, so your attempt to discredit FIRST TRUST BANK has been unsuccessful ...

as mentioned above by other users, would be helpful to have the actual full story rather than statements, opinions, anger. let us know the actual fine details of exactly what happened... every part of the way. I find it terrible that you have lashed out at this community.. if you look through the posts on this forum you will see hundreds of useful posts and people taking time to help out. Do you not think there may be a reason why that isnt this case so far in this thread....?

Recommend you start over and actually tell us the details if you want help, if you rather vent then that is fair enough (felt that many times myself) but then i strongly recommend another forum as this forum wont fit your needs...

I didn't realise credit scoring took into account sexuality.
