Also as they are incistant on constantly outsourcing cheap labour in countries where english is not the first language its not surprising things like this happen.
    this borders on xenophobia.

Even with evidence, the amount you are claiming seems excessive. Hence my question about where you stayed.

    Barclays obviously agree.

When you check in with an e-ticket, you might get asked to verify that the ticket is yours by presenting the card the ticket was purchased with. Even train tickets that you buy online work like this.
That's something to watch out for. It's been a while since I've needed to jump through hoops like using a Visa electron or prepaid credit card to buy cheap flights online, but whenever I used to do so, I wouldn't carry the card while travelling.

Also, on the rare occasions I've travelled on business by train, I've always used train tickets purchased for me by another member of staff (who is not travelling with me).

It should be noted that is important, and something we realise for the future, and why does everyone keep thinking that 3500 is excessive as this wasn't once again for the hotel only but for flights etc and food and take in to consideration two one way flights from poland to northern ireland which are only available with BA via London is around 6-800.00 each when not booked in advance.

And they could have removed the block long ago, and they told me when speaking on the phone that they would put us back into the position that we were in before this had happened.

and they agreed with everything we said, they are just deciding on amounts etc.

i asked for advise as when they first spoke to us they offered us 300, then 5 minutes after 600 etc.

however they haven't even listened to the phonecalls???
