Can you sell your phone whilst still on contract?

EE/T-Mobile/Orange now clearly state in their terms and conditions that the phone still belongs to them in the first 6 months of any contract sold with a handset and must be used with the supplied sim during that time, otherwise you may find the IMEI blacklisted or you may be charged the unsubsidised cost of the phone.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

I get my phones from the dealers; they supply them, not the network.0
