Rossendales letters are standard guff. Ignore them, don't pay nor reply to them. The gloves are NOT 'off' - there is NO fight needed. IGNORE.

You don't need luck, just ignore the letters and re the phone calls, tell your wife to tell them to return the file to VCS as the alleged debt is denied and their phone calls and letters are harassment, you will not be paying the charge nor will you be explaining why, nor will you be saying who was driving and as keeper, she is not liable in law at an Airport site because the POFA 2012 does not apply.

Did you miss out 'no GPEOL' as an argument in your POPLA appeal then? Can't see why you didn't just win as there was ''no initial loss'' unless you didn't use the usual templates from here.

Never mind but who was the Assessor? Not Amy Riley?
