I do know from my time at T-Mobile that lifting a suspension could take a couple of hours (though my experience is well out of date and things could have changed).
It could be complicated further by the fact the account is probably well over it's credit limit if it's showing £1500+ unbilled and that might have to moved into dispute before the suspension is lifted (the TL should be able to do that though).====0 -
Still nothing so called again and they have confirmed it has been put back on just could take some time. The woman I spoke to earlier had to stick me on hold for a couple of minutes while we went and got permission and explain the situation to someone to see if she could put the lines back on, which she came back and said has been done. Guess it's just a waiting game. Their call centres close at 10pm so wil leave it till morning and if not been re instated will have to get on the blower again!
Thanks for all your help guys very much appreciated0 -
It can take up to 24 hours to re-activate the line. I've had my line barred by Voda before when I was late with a bill and it took hours to get back on0
