I just thought I would share my success with the forum. This year I have claimed over £500, a £50 voucher and countless airmiles from BA. I regularly used the LHR to GLA route last year for business and had 2 horrendous delays (4 hours plus) and a number of smaller delays. Basically, every time the flight was more than 30 minutes late from pushing back, I complained. For the smaller delays, I received air miles and in one case, a £50 voucher. For the 2 huge delays, BA paid out £250 on each occasion.
