Thank you I have found a couple on facebook and had a quick look don't think I found syns allowed. Will have another look later :)

Strange how I lost more eating the syns.

I like the syns allowed one in the files the recipes are all in alphabetical order so much easier to find what you are looking for

    :)

    Thanks Tweets for house wishes.

:) Off soon on the train up the coast to view.

I've found loads of photos from many years ago on the internet of the house :)

Interesting to see the changes that have been made to it.

Our only 'threat' is coastal erosion. It seems in 2055 the village will be gone  but then so will we :o

It's a *big sigh* we are good right now! but I know he lies to me. In the darkest moments he has asked me to let him go.....accept that what's in his head is so bad, it's better than being alive :( I I can't even imagine feeling that bad :(
I do get angry :o I do remind him he has children to think about. It is a selfish illness. I don't sleep because I wake up checking......every night. I thought things were better, and good. But he drank some wine last weekend and said he waits on opportunities for us all to fall asleep :( but I won't! I won't give him the opportunity :o
Depression can be just as hard for the people living with a sufferer, when OH had it he was in his own little bubble.i still had to keep the family together and cope with real life.its so so hard hearing comments like that, I would get calls saying he was parked up by the river and then the line would go dead and I wouldn't be able to get hold of him. Big hugs and sympathy to all those suffering and living with a sufferer ,it was a difficult part of my life:(
