    Yeah I started with the basics of eating better, cutting out the rubbish, smaller portions and doing more exercise. I'm not following anything in particular. I have fallen off the wagon a bit though :o

    Using Morries meat coupon in Ts.........

    Bought 3 packs of the gammon steaks I posted earlier. Cost £10, used £5 Morries voucher.....so paid £5 and got a £4 PP :D :money::money:
    £1 for over a kilo of gammon.

    Plus fillers of course

    Air wick lavender if reduced in your store compares £2 sains again.
    Ignore reality.There's nothing you can do about it.

    I never bought any uncooked meat today in morries, only bought ham beef corned beef and chicken all cooked meats. hth

    ps. no problems on the till. the older lady that served us was very helpful and put through more than one per person.

    I joined up to Slimming World online.

    You have to join for 3 months.

    When 3 months is up I will go it alone.

    Classes near me 2 on a Saturday morning so couldn't go have mums to go on weekends.

    Also go and read this thread they have some good help https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5014822

    Hard really giving tips because you can eat crisps , choc etc but not the whole large box chocs lol.

    Smaller portions my portions have got bigger but they are allowed ;)

    Don't exercise apart from walking and basic housework :)
