You can have £0 in the non-Halifax account with no DDs/SOs. You'll still get the £100 switch incentive. Although I always put a few quid in as it makes your switch look more genuine.

    ;)

    :)

Any recommendations for a quick set up account I can then switch?

    Sorry Karlie you're my go-to! :o

Nannylala I did a deli shop in Morrisons today I brought bacon, ham and cornbeef as well as mussels in a white wine sauce. This was in Hastings and there wasn't a problem. The supervisor said that as long as it wasn't frozen meat it was all included. Hope this helps.
ps Glad you are feeling better

Today in Ms I asked the butcher if I could use voucher on pre packed salami and after consulting his sheet he said I could.
We use this and as my freezers are full and this has an Oct date I have stocked up. There was a bit of an inquest over it at co though supervised called to check and I don't think she was 100% but I mentioned a couple of times butcher had said yes and he had a list. My persistence paid off and I thought this may be useful to others who have full freezers ect. Hth
