Yes, he'll be staying for the foreseeable future. He's going to the same school as DS2 after the holidays. I just hope the change in schools isn't too rough on him. That said, he wasn't really getting on well at his previous school because of what was going on at home. He was missing days, not doing homework because no-one was there to keep him right most of the time.
He's really settled now has said he wants to stay which was met with no objection from his mother :( Her life is still all over the place, so it's for the best. I had hoped she would come to her senses. Her mother still has the other 2 children. They are coming to visit him for a couple of days next week.
Aww im glad his settled and hope school goes ok for him, you truly are an :A
So sad about his mother and he must miss his siblings, so nice they are getting together a few days

Quite by coincidence (synchronicity?) this photo appeared on a pop-up on Facebook.

I hope this photo link works - it's especially for tweets and all the other lovely posters who have challenging relatives!

Hmmmf.... I was hoping it would appear within my message on the elite forum page like it does when people share a photobucket link (as explained on page 1 of this thread). I hoped that sharing a dropbox link would do the same because I didn't really want to open a photobucket account when I already use dropbox.
Does anyone know if there is a way of sharing a photo in dropbox that makes it appear on the forum page please?

We have had a few minor issues. Mainly just him being brought up differently to the way we do things here. A couple of weeks ago there was a horrendous smell in his room :eek:I mean really bad!! _pale_
Like DS2 he doesn't like to eat with the rest of us so they eat in their rooms.
Turns out he didn't like some of the food and was too scared to say  or the portions were too big and he couldn't finish them :( He had wrapped it up in loo roll and hidden it in various places in the bedroom  OMG it was RANK!!
He now knows that there's no issues with not eating anything here. If you don't like something, you don't like it and if you can't finish it, something else will eat it!! I was fuming about the wasted loo roll though! :o I wondered why we were using so much :rotfl:

I just received an email from Sun+ offering the following:Join Sun+ for 12 months for just £86.70 and we’ll send you a Hudl 7" 16GB Wi-Fi Android™ tablet by Tesco - for free!
The whole Sun+ thing has passed me by a bit. Can someone tell me whether this is worth doing please and if so, why. I don't especially want a Hudl, although I guess I could sell it, but will I get anything else for my £86.70 (other than a digital edition of the Sun, which I definitely don't want).

The Chinese meals, which were off as went up to £2.49, are now mostly £1.99 each in M. However, not the Chicken Curry & Rice as that is £2.49.

Meanwhile, just to try to confuse you, and it's them potentially doing the confusing and not me;) - I don't set the prices! - the Indian Meals are now 2 for £4.00. So, need to buy them in twos now (were £1.99 individually but now gone to £2.49:eek: individual price). Except for the Chicken Tikka Masala - that was £1.90 and remains at straight £1.90:T.

I'm just ruling a couple of others out - WW meals (fresh) are £1.66 in M, but they're 2 for £3.00 for T, so (maybe) vs T in twos. One I've just missed off in putting the items onto the bold list: A CBY Fruit & Fibre 750g should go vs M's version at £1.69. I thought that wasn't too bad, as after all we now have branded 750g cereals elsewhere vs £1.69s. Works out at about 20p/100g. However, I've noticed T Eday Value Fruit & Fibre 750g at straight £1.49 (non-comparable) would work out substantively cheaper, and that that is a price increase from its old pricing of £1.19 (price history according to msm.co.uk). So - not thinking I'm having any Fruit & Fibre now:rotfl::rotfl:.

I skipped the fresh fruit and veg. at the front of the store entirely. I'm not sure why I started looking at the frozen veg. packs though - given that some of the fresh stuff you've bought, you could easily put into the freezer if necessary:rotfl:.

Right, that's enough of the normally 'behind-the-scenes' workings being posted here!!

    HTH.
