I bet even after all this I still have to go for interview, not heard anything about DD3's passport, I am expecting she will have to have interview having never had passport.

But yes we will be prepared for one of David.'s deals from that girl he often quotes from HUKD. ;)

She does find some cracking deals.
I've been tempted to book a few times but lack of money and also one of us doesn't have a passport tends to stop me.
When our finances are sorted I'd like to think we will go on a nice family holiday next year :)

Was just looking at headforpoints and there's some more ideas on using the 3v for direct debits - possibly old news but I wasn't aware of it

The idea is that you make an individual payment on your account and future direct debits are corrected accordingly (there's a list there including tv licensing, sky, bt, virgin media, Vodafone) - don't know how well it works in practice though

    http://www.headforpoints.com/2014/08/08/amazon-tesco-3v-virtual-visa-cards/

It works fine for virgin. No idea how it works with any other accounts.
I just make sure the payment is uploaded to my account before the bill is due (not before the direct debit is taken).
Managed to miss the date last month as they calculated my bill on the 29th and I made the payment on the 30th.

  • SPECIAL K £1.99 per box on my delivery note:(:(:(

Choc back to full price at mine too, but Red Berries and the Hazlenut still scanning at £1 so good to go. Looks like it's now store specific again as with a lot of these glitches.

Not sure I like the idea, I like coupons.

Tesco are trialling a new app as well with their money/points off vouchers (I like it, you can just whack in all of your coupons and the ones you use disappear but the others stay there ready for the next shop :)). I think that this one will be in addition to the paper copies though
