Hearty root vegetable and coriander soup garnished with honey-roasted butternut squash seeds and a sprig of fresh coriander:
Didn't follow a recipe; just made it as I went along.
Vegetables were parsnips, carrots, butternut squash, leeks, onions and garlic. Spices were cumin seeds, fresh coriander, paprika, curry powder, cinnamon, salt, pepper and a bay leaf.
Made another 50 bowls; perfect for lunches with the week ahead and some will be frozen.

redfraggle wrote: »Thanks Naebbirac, I think my problem is that my APG is on one account, but I'm trying to claim using my other account (as a couple of days ago I claimed on account two only for it to count against account 1). When you go through to the final page to enter your name and address, the email address is pre-coded. I can only assume it went across to account one because I put in an identical name and address.
I think it might be safest to leave these vouchers until 1st September (is that when it ticks over)? I'm terrified of pressing the button and losing £14!
Wow, this is complicated!
You login to APG with your email address and as that is prefilled and locked, the email address seems to be the identifier (email address on A.com account and email address on APG login are the same? There may be other identifiers to enforce household limit?

I get the v3 swap them at Highstreetvoucher for Asda cards, and use these to top up my APG to pay for in store shopping. I am not sure if they work on line x100 -
Good morning all. It hasn't stopped raining yet since 6am. Glad I managed to do my f&v shops yesterday as shopping in the rain is even less fun when you don't have a car. I've been a very bad Elite member this week and not had any time to get to Mr T - one of the ones taking APGs. But I hope to make up for that this coming week!
I did not make it last week, I am hoping to be there Thursday I have a few apgs to use x100 -
I'm doing learning.
For the first time one of my boys has invited a girlfriend here for the weekend shortly.
Any advice gratefully received.
Get the photos out, they are a wonderful ice breaker. I have appropriately embarrassing pictures on my electronic photo frame, really quite funny.
As for any 'other' advice, such as sleeping arrangements, tha is up to you, taking into account seriousness and age. Just remind them that it is your home too and if you feel uncomfortable the girlfriend will not be staying again. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
