Just finished Dreamworld on Candy Crush now. Methinks I will have to start increasing my stars now.

Me thinks that's Candy Crush talk!

    Evening all :hello:

Just having a quick catch up before sorting out DD for bed and wanted to send some smiley-hug002.gifsmiley-hug002.gif to TS.

Oh I see :D Thank you for clearing that up.

Afternoon everybody - everyone seems to be having a curates egg weekend - only good in parts.

I think we are having one of those momentous weekends - just waiting to see how it rolls out today and over tomorrow.

In the meantime to keep us occupied and not moping about I got OH to empty his wardrobe this morning, sort through everything - he even tried everything on :T then all the good shirts that fitted for work and the holiday/posh do shirts were hung back in order in his wardrobe and he even sorted out his jeans and trousers. So now for the first time ever its pristine and ordered and a workable wArdrobe :)

Then we took 6 huge bags to the oxfam clothes bank (a few really good things we will take into the shop next week) along with this weeks recycling.

We came home, oh mowed the lawn and even went up on the flat roof to patch some bits that he said looked dodgy.

Then he was about to go out, got down the road and came back - flat tyre

How much karma balancing do you have to do for goodness sake

So I rung all 6 of the local places who sell tyres, no one had his tyre in stock and none could get one before Monday or Tuesday as it was now 4 on Saturday afternoon. Finally I found a quick fit that had one left in stock so OHs did some swearing and cussing to get the fiat off which was welded in place to put the spare on and off he went with the credit card and kwik fit closing in 45 mins.

So that's another hundred quid we didn't expect to spend this month

After sorting the tyre then going to a mates to collect a TV for another hundred

So these 2 come to more money than the magical mystery midweek tour I am planning

Always one step forward and three steps back

Do you collect nectar points? Nectar give 100 points if you "Tag your bag". According to my app it expires in 3 days

Means waiting for new levels for candy crush. We all congregate on the bench in the terminus :D

I don't want to start playing candy crush but can I come and sit with you all on the bench.

    It sounds so cosy

Just went to use my morriebobs vouchers. only managed to do 2 as it is one per customer
Not that's any consolation, but I've had no problem using 2 at a time.
Though one shop was £4.95, voucher accepted no problem; another (different SA) was £4.98 and she said "You have to spend a minimum of £5" so I had to go and find the world's smallest carrot, to take it over £5.

It was me, my T superstore is taking them and said it should be nationwide but when I asked in my extra store last night they said they weren't so maybe just superstores are

Good afternoon all :) Thankyou for posting.
I Rang my superstore using the 0345 number on top of reciept
I was told yes they are taking them this weekend as are most superstores
Went shopping runner knows nothing was told by cs staff the number I rang goes to head office in Cardiff and is just a general number ,
hmm I thought rang the number a man answered "hello tesco ...(store I was in ) " told me all emails went out and store is definitely taking them . Passed phone to floor manager who then informed the runner :T runner was nice said we often get information from the customers .
Person I rang was in Dundee but answered relating to the store I was in due to the store number in reciept.
Used three coupons altogether plus had mailing coupons too for fruit and got a pp as cheaper in asda

  • I think that Morribobs are doing themselves a misfavour… they should be all smiles and niceness, it is clear you are going to use three… so why they don't accept them
    :eek::eek:

They def are! I have had no problems with vouchers in tesco or asda (unless I didn't read t&c properly). But 1 voucher (of any type per shop) is ridiculous! I wasn't allowed to use A2 voucher and F&V in the same shop. Not sure if i'll bother with the next lot of vouchers tbh
