I used all the lurpak up in baking (about 10 tubs+ in the last few weeks)

I've been using the clarified butter for frying stuff (it has a higher flash point than non separated butter) and as bases for sauces, like hollandaise

Oh the stories I could tell you about M&S in Oxford Street (the one near Selfridges). I worked in the fitting room for about 2 years and saw a lot of the above, as well as all types of stealing techniques, some one p*ssing, seeing it seep out underneath the door, then stepping over it and giving us a dirty look!
