Did I dream that someone posted on here that their T's was going to accept the £5 morries voucher? I just rang Ts CS and asked them if this was nationwide and they didn't know anything about it

It was me, my T superstore is taking them and said it should be nationwide but when I asked in my extra store last night they said they weren't so maybe just superstores are

My morrisons experience was a Big mistake, I asked my Oh if he would come to morrisons with me for the f&v, as I know they are really on the ball when it comes to vouchers, I went through the till fine, Oh went through till handed over his voucher and then asked me for change for the difference 68p, the woman on the till jaw dropped, mouth opened and she slammed the voucher across the scanner, my oh said really loud as we were walking away, did you see her face, she was a real cod head , lets come back tomorrow and see her again, I was mortified, he thought it was funny, I said he was rude and he said that's what you call them and I said without thinking no I don't I call them trouts,he said cod, trouts whats the difference, this conversation happen the full length of the checkouts with all the sa's and supervisors looking at us. I still feel embarrassed this morning, I will not be going back there anytime soon. Note to self, leave OH at home :rotfl::rotfl:

Going to do a mega catch up later but for now I am off to A to get some crunchy nut cornflakes, will post results later, see you all soon

My dh kept saying at the top of his voice 'so how's this glitch work then?' in the middle of T, then 'so did the glitch work?' loudly at the tills :rotfl: so I tend to keep it a solitary activity nowadays

It's my dd's birthday also 26 & getting married in 2 weeks where does the time go?

Someone mentioned being able to use M voucher in a T's not on the list & thought it might be national but checked in my extra this morning & they knew nothing about it.

Oh thats too funny you two. My darling mother walked up to manager twice and asked where the 25p comfort was(remember that one folks ?)

And another one saying my daughter just saved me £40 in coupons (I run a mile) that was the mission control ones. SO I have never uttered a word to her since. :rotfl:
