I asked that question on the TMF thread and someone else posted that both her and daughter had legitimately sent off and her daughter's was rejected, even though it says 1 per person, not 1 per household. There's no daft sentence requirement but there is a little form to fill in and print off.
... so one can go to work then.
Interesting that they are not adhering to their own T&Cs though - person is person, not household (look at me commenting on T&Cs when I interpret "customer" as "transaction" in M ... only bothered when they use their T&Cs wrongly against us).
