Phoned Customer Services and they are saying the store (Pudsey) have requested the suspension because I'm using a large amount of evouchers of around £15.
I thought that amount was okay.
Anyway she is going to speak the to person in charge at the branch and phone me back tomorrow.
Anyone else had anything similar happen?
Surely as they give out the .com apg upto £50 they cannot query it!100 -
... so one can go to work then
.
Interesting that they are not adhering to their own T&Cs though - person is person, not household (look at me commenting on T&Cs when I interpret "customer" as "transaction" in M ... only bothered when they use their T&Cs wrongly against us).

Indeed, or in my case, my mother and my MIL... My dad transferred it online with the reference 'slush fund'0 -
Thank you - not sure they are good value though even at that price for one razor cartridge?

Perhaps not, but not awful for 1 razor and 1 cartridge, better than full price either way. I figured it was good to have in-stock to prevent the usual impulse purchases that happen otherwise!0 -

Gulp! I am sure a number of us on here "may" have used more than that in e-vouchers ...

Any chance of some elite help please? Sorry to drag anyone away from jam making
Was planning on doing TvA to use some spend £40 conditionals, but hit a couple of hiccups. Firstly (and I did see this coming) those handy veg pots are now obvioulsy full price with no return against A so I would rather save them for vS (or use inS) and the Goodfellas smiler is up from £1.25 in A so another voucher to hold off using
So my planned £40 spend is a bit shy of the target but I need to get some fizz (Prosecco preferred). Is anyone aware of any nice Prosecco comparing well TvA? Also, any other tips on TvA (BNI is a given)
Thanks0 -

Dont know if its been mentioned, no time to read back, just been into my local Ts and there's a sign up saying they are accepting Ms fruit and veg coupon, I asked at customers service and they said it should be all Ts accepting them
Is your store in the current accept APG/BM/competitor vouchers promotion or a different one please?
Many thanks

Sorry to hear this hope you get it sorted.......I think they have a bit of a nerve though as the last 2 apgs I have been sent have each had whole £20 so I would have to spend that amount.
Would you mind saying how often you have been shopping?0
