I dragged Mr TM to M today. He wasn't happy. Hates coupon shopping and avoids it like the plague. As he put his second shop through, the supervisor followed after him and I thought "please no" She alerted him to the fact that the price tag was hanging out the back of his shorts:rotfl:

Just remembered something similar that happened to me a few years ago. Went on holiday (Tenerife), forgot to pack trunks, so first day went to local mini-mart and bought some, the shorts type with string-bag lining. Next day, went back to same shop to get some food, dressed in just a t-shirt and the trunks (no underwear), on the way out the female SA stopped me and asked (in Spanish) could she look in my shorts? I asked why (in Spanish) - should've just said 'Of course, be my guest!' - and said she was looking for a label ... she meant the price ticket, which they'd not removed when I bought them. She asked when I'd bought them, I told her yesterday, but I could see she didn't believe me and thought I'd shoplifted them but she was too polite to come out with it. So eventually I said 'Don't you think that if I'd walked from my apartment in just a t-shirt and nothing else - no shorts, no trousers, no nothing - come into the shop, got a pair of trunks and put them on, and then tried to walk out of the shop wearing them, someone would have noticed before now?'. Eventually I spotted the SA who had served me the day before, who could vouch for me.

And before you ask, PD, no I didn't get her number:rotfl:

They spent £4.98 (of real cash:eek:) on fresh fruit this evening, more money than sense:(:rotfl:.

1 x ASDA Ripen at Home Kiwi Fruit (6)£0.75N/A
1 x ASDA Ready to Eat Bananas (5)£1.00£1.00
1 x ASDA Fresh Tastes Mango Fingers (140g)£1.25N/A
    1 x ASDA Braeburn Apples (600g)£0.98N/A
1 x ASDA Fresh Tastes Watermelon Fans (300g)£1.00N/A

Comp. shown is M comp., which is absolutely worthless in every way. Nearest major M to the store where this womble was found: it's within walking distance, in fact I think it's only about a quarter of a mile away (across the town centre). And with Suns available in the A, just no excuse other than, I suspect, complete unawareness of the M voucher.

You have nothing to be "ashamed" of. Everyone has stresses in their life and everyone needs an outlet for them

Your problems are just as valid as anyone else's. And don't you forget it :p

Aww thanks honey bunch, that means a lot to me. Thank you.

If you had the chance, would any of you go abroad on your own for a few days?

I've got a week off coming up and I really want to go back to Crete for a few days but I'd be going on my own. I've got not worries about my safety but it's the whole going away on my own thing :o

Get yourself aweay Q of C, especially if you know the resort/area you are going too. You are bound to meet people to talk to. Do you smoke?
