Apologies for my rant yesterday. It got a bit too much for me and I just needed to let it all out. Part of me is ashamed of myself as I am in good working condition and I have a house and somewhere to live when so many in the world have nothing, but like I said, it all got a bit too much and after reading what the gorgeous CALMSPIRIT was going through, it just really wound me up. You have nothing to be "ashamed" of. Everyone has stresses in their life and everyone needs an outlet for them
