I have a cc question? if I may. I've done a few cc shops but not sure about finding an item that will work, sooo
I'm looking at this
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/shelves/Scented_Oils_Candles_And_Pot_Pourri_in_ASDA.html
On @.com it is £8 but in my store it is £4, so far so good. On
msm it is £8 but MrM is £3.98. My question is, will it work with the Spec K stuff?
Thank you x
It is the Airwick Sweet Peach Blossom
Yes it could work nicely. I find that one of the best things to do is when you see a reduced item that you like / scans well on msm or looks cheap/free/profitable, is to just buy it. Then get enough fillers to make up a shop, wait the three hours and check out your results.
It saves the trial and error part quite so much, and you will have the barcode, product name, size etc all in front of you.
Also, before you buy it (unless you like it) worth checking the availability on a.com to see if it's available online.
It can always be returned if you decide you no longer want it.0 -

Just to let people know, just got back in and in my sada, the sanex men's deodrant (blue) and the trigger deodrant are now priced at £2:eek: They are still in the 3 for £5 offer.
I checked on mys and the blue one is still £3.19 and the other is not showing.
As far as I could see all the shower gels and bath stuff were still in the offer at original price.
Not sure how this will affect things and if only store specific.
HTH:)
I'm not necessarily trusting my brain today, but I don't think it should make a difference as the deo is the trigger and doesn't show on the APG0 -

Where are you travelling to?
If you wear a long striped scarf and carry a laundry bag we can get you on a megabus:)
DD2 has done the megabus from Poole to Newcastle upon Tyne and back a couple of times. Think remember DM saying off to Southampton so I know it stops there.
In fact Poole to Southampton was actually a train trip even though megabus ticket last time. The whole trip takes hours but it is very very cheap. :money:
Just thought if DM is coming as far as S'ton he may get his hands on a bottle of my infamous M & S red wine. :eek:0 -
Does anyone else get the impression that we know more about how the APG/PP or indeed other instore and online systems work than most staff in A and T ...?
Anon
:rotfl: yes definitely. I went to my asda last Friday looking for more schmackos, none there, so I asked a manager (who was scanning generally) to scan the lable for me to see if they were still 25p. he did but noticed it said reduced to clear. so he screwed lable up and said we are not getting any more in. I could of said why they might, but did not bother.
so I went into store sunday morning the normal delivery day, (quite late as I forgot about them) and they were on top of the shelving.
because I went in late in the day, he done me a favour as they weren't put out for normal shoppers.0 -
Many thanks for your replies Bajjo, Anon and Mumto2monkeys.
I have changed my order to a CC, but only slots now available are tomorrow, so hope it goes through as I have planned.
I shall keep the contents of my order as they are for now - don't want to end up having to spend fortunates to make use of the APGSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

I bought these on a c&c 2 weeks ago and they compared fine.
They were £4 in store but when into basket at £8.
Haven't bought any for 2 weeks so I can't say if its still comparing but can confirm it was 2 weeks ago x0
