The trouble is if he has raided a nest of baby bunnies it might be little to survive without its mum.
Also he will keep going back to collect the others if he can't get the one behind the pots.
Our Sophie had a bout of rabbit collecting - baby rabbits as big as she was so we took them to the local animal rescue hospital - I don't expect that it survived though, mortally rate is very high with them.

We also found a headless rabbit under the car once
