Thank you for all the kind wishes. I was initially told it would be months, but it came back a lot quicker. I have been for a lot of interviews, but did not bother posting about them because I thought it would be rather boring. So, I thought I'd post when I finally got the job. :rotfl:

I have just had a few celebratory bavaria, which ran out in May 2013.

I'm just looking for somewhere to stay now. It is looking like a hotel for the week and traveling home on the rest days to see the family. In a way I'm looking forward to it, but in others I'm dreading it. However, once I get settled I'll be fine. :)

The good thing is I'll be able to go to John Lewis every month for my free tea and cake and Waitrose for the free tea.

What you might need is a room in a shared house which you can live in during the working week - sign up with websites like right moves. Also I think its roomshare - put your postcode in and see what is in your required area - might find someone needing a lodger but just weekdays.

If you are commuting into London then some employers give you an interest free loan to pay for your season ticket and you pay for it out of your salary every month. Eldest child went for a full annual season ticket from work to home 45 mins outside of London - this covers her also for tube trips as well in zone 1, 2 etc and also a 1/3 train tickets for her BF.

Which London station are you based at?

Im sure I had the same as trouty when I checked COS in the night but now it seems to have changed to just 2 packets of lattice cut crisps free. Any variety.

Mine has now changed to 1 120g pack free and buy 2 get £1.60.

No wonder I hardly bother anymore.

I new what one as I could see the posted cc's

someone posted that it was over as it was no longer showing.

you posted that it was still ok and you showed your cc.

but as your order was already in the pipe line, that was not proving it was still ok.

but I thought if I could have a direct link to product I may have been able to put it in my basket.

but it now looks to be over for us all. :(

and to top it off my bloody virus has just came back so more research for me. :(:(

If its John lewis in Oxford Street you are thinking about have a look at the MSe thread on the freebies section. People on there have been saying the coffee and cake are not free - you have to have a receipt :(
