Question for the much-travelled elite. Tomorrow we're doing the travelling 500 miles north. We've got all the stops arranged supermarkets, petrol, no service stations! Trying to find the quickest way between Carlisle and Edinburgh. Anybody do this route often enough to offer advice?
Continue on M6, onto M74, take Edinburgh/Lanark turnoff, through Biggar, takes you onto Edinburgh City Bypass.
Tourist route is to turn off at Moffat and go through Devils Beef Tub, takes you in via Penicuil to east end0 -
VT I too know what you're going through. Please be kind to yourself and know that you are doing everything you can in such horrible circumstances. My thoughts are with you.“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0

Traumatised after watching Family Guy. RIP Brian:(
Dad not good. Could only cope with visits of 15 minutes at a time.
Came home feeling so sad and lost:(
Just typed a post and deleted again as too sad.
Very non mse question but has anyone ever used Wiltshire Food. Was wondering if it was bland enough for dad. We are having trouble with food as he mustn't risk cutting his mouth on food so has to be soft and easily digested.
Totally out of the glitching loop but nevermind. Going to start using train to Bedford as driving in summer is horrendous and still having problems with my ankles. Can have use of a car once in bedford so very thankful we have plenty of clubcard vouchers.
Qoc very well done on your run. Huge achievement. I was so proud of dd when she did 10k last month. At the moment I am feeling quite bitter that we should need to raise money for such important things but taxes don't cover enough care and research nowadays:(:(

I've Mystery Shopped them a couple of times - we found their meals pretty bland and very soft. We both fall into the older age group that these are designed for but until my teeth all fall out these were too soft for me ! There is plenty of choice and you should be able to find what you are looking for for your Father.ELITE 5:2
