I've had a problem with YNAB this morning, I have emailed them but just in case any of you guys have the answer....
I was using wifi sync to sync my iPhone to my PC but this morning thought I would set up the cloud sync through drop box.
When I try to do this on my phone is says the selected cache is not available, has anyone else had this issue?Santander 0% £1,529.94

Hi Londongirl
I haven't had this issue but I have been experiencing some 'not responding' problems with the software. I found the support team really helpful and I'm keeping my fingers crossed they've fixed my file - I'm a bit worried it may be my ancient pc that's really the problem!
Hope you get your problem fixed too.0 -
Thanks yes they were mega helpful and got it sorted quickly.
For anyone else with this problem - un-install both apps on your iPhone.
On the desktop version, save a version then load it. Let it sync to dropbox.
Then, re-install both apps

On another note, my partner and I are moving in together from August/September and I'm going to set up a join account for all our bills and want to log these on YNAB too but want it completely separate from my stuff.... would I need to buy a second licence to be able to do this?Santander 0% £1,529.94

You can have more than one budget under the same licence. I have a business budget and a personal budget, both completely separate from each other.0 -
That's good to know! How do you set that up?Santander 0% £1,529.94

Sorry just saw the "create a new budget" option under file... assuming this is the way? It definitely doesn't lose what I have already?Santander 0% £1,529.94

Hi everyone
I'm just wondering if anyone here can please help me? Thanks to Firewyrm for her recommendation I've been using YNAB for a while and I love it.
I have an ATB amount of £3.92 showing green for august budget which has been carried over since May. But if I allocate it to a category my bank balance is down by 3.92. Any suggestions how I can make my bank balance and ynab figures show the same?
Patzer's formula has worked for me before, but not now. My bank balance (blue l/h column) is down by £3.92. So the only way I can get my income, outflows and budget to reflect what's in my bank balance is by leaving £3.92 as available to budget.
I did post earlier but it came up on the general board and ChaoticC suggested going back and checking all transactions. Beanie responded also so thank you.
Thank you
LG:)0
