    Hi

I posted this earlier this week and I was requested to get some pics of Didcot railway station. I am really hoping that someone can help, I have about 3 days left to appeal and really don't want to give my money away again to these cowboys..

    Here are the pics..

You should really keep everything in the one thread, makes it much easier for those offering help.

I'm far from clear from your posts just what you've had from PPS. Is it a windscreen ticket with nothing further since, or have you had just a letter through the post from PPS?

What deadline are you panicking about meeting in 3 days time?

Here is a clicky link to your photos - and there's enough on the first sign to tackle this in your favour. But we do need to know at what stage you are at please.

You might want to read this thread which has been posted today. The OP has just confirmed the PPC involved in their case was also PPS.

But still answer my query above so we can give you accurate advice pertinent to you own circumstances.

@danblake, I've responded on your other thread. We need to have everything together. Please PM Crabman (forum guide) and ask if he will merge the two threads please.

I'm pretty sure he hasn't had the NTK so is confused by deadline. His original post was from a windscreen ticket if you ignore all the Ringo stuff.

No byelaws on these signs then so straightforward appeal.

    Sorry

I got a window ticket PCN last week on the 21/7. I am reluctant to leave for a NTK due to a post that I read earlier this week from coupon-mad. It seems PPS are slightly more difficult to work with..

However, from the post you recommend above it seems possible to juts leave it.

    What do you think?

Yes sorry the deadline is for the appeal at a reduced rate.. I have not contacted then PCN company at all as yet.

I got a bit flustered with Ringo but now realise I was wasting my time with them, even though they have a rubbish app :-)

Ignore the 'special offer' of the discount. It is offered precisely to generate the reaction of panic to act you have just displayed.

The reference Coupon makes relates to their Genuine Pre-Estimate of Loss statement at the POPLA stage of the appeals process which is some weeks away from where you are now. GPEOL is something you are going to learn about as you progress through this process.

There is nothing that Coupon has said in the post you link to make you or anyone else panic.

Now, it's time for you start spending some time reading the NEWBIES sticky - it won't sink in with a skim read, you need to read it carefully (maybe make some notes on a pad as you go along).

BUT the main message is to wait for the NtK - and forget all about whether you think this is fair or not in the context of the RINGO performance. It needs a cool head and a determination to follow advice here.

In parallel with this, you could drop a PM to the other poster whose thread I linked you to just to check out precisely what he did; his situation may have been the same as yours, but it may have been quite different - he hasn't made that clear in his thread.
