Apology accepted, my good man. I go by bland unsight over there these days, as I guess you must be aware. Glad you keep up with the hpc boards. Do you post?
If you get a chance to get back to me on the "hpc strategy" question, I'd be grateful. Always good to have everyone on the same page.
Ummm, I'd never post over there. The second you say something positive about house prices you are called an EA and banned. Its not real debate.
What was the question again?0 -

Well, if you're not even going to read my replies to your posts, I guess that we're not going to get much of a debate going here either. I will now select what I hope will be an appropriate emoticon, showing that I come in peace.0 -

London prices went up 20% in the last 12 months. These recent reductions are the last of the chancers trying it on. So what happens now? That 20% reverses with a strengthening economy?
Not a chance!0 -
Crashy the average price for England and Wales was £70k 17 years ago they are now £172k how close to £70k do you think prices will fall to.0

It seems to involve buying a house for your landlord instead of yourself and much wishful thinking. Mix in some anger and the keywords sheeple, Ponzi, banksters and debt titty and that's it.
You seem quite an elder statesman - you must have lost even more money than Crashy

We will see it's not started where I am yet to be honest I'm shocked at the amount prices have increased over the last 6 months.0
