Just out today.
London up 0.1% this MoM and 16.4% YoY. UK overall 0.0% MoM and 6.4% YoY. Very much within normal historical range of price changes in June in London and UK.

So you have 600k of debt, the property crash will affect you, but you still feel OK?...OK.0 -

Too embarrassing to answer I suppose.
If you sold up, as you said, and moved into a tiny flat then you've got plenty of skin in the game. Every day that passes you need the crash to be bigger than the day before.
You mustn't forget that, according to HPC, the Ponzi has been on the verge of collapse for over a decade. Anyone who, like you, thought they didn't have any skin in the game has lost and they've lost big.
If you want to get tips on winning it's best not to take tips from losers.
The only losers will be those who made retirement and other plans based on how much they expected their property to be "worth". Those who MEW`ed will be doubly embarrassed0 -

It's nice you're so concerned about others but why don't you tell us something of your situation?0
