Praise for BT after sales (handset - no receipt)

Praise for BT (James) for help. My BT Diverse 6350 cordless handset was showing 'No System' and I could not find how to reset it. I could not find my receipt and did not know if it was out of warranty.

I telephoned BT help number on one of the BT Diverse phones which was still working and James was brilliant. He telephoned me back on my mobile number and talked me through how to ? reset my land line telephone - the BT Diverse 6350 cordless handset. It works perfectly now.

Top marks to BT and to James this morning who helped me. I appreciate the help especially as I could not find my receipt.
