Afternoon all,
Lots of heavy rain in the night but it's turned into a reasonable day, albeit a bit cloudier now. Towels washed and I shall get them in shortly.
Been to town and bought a couple of t shirt dresses in Primark that will do nicely to wear in bed. Whizzed up to Thomas Cook and changed some money into Euros for later in the week.
DH is off to a funeral this afternoon, it's what I call a real celebratory one as the chap was in his 90's!

The registrar I saw today was really surprised that I hadn't been referred before now and he said I could go to my GP to be referred or he could do it, so I asked him to do it because I can't get an appointment with my GP for another three weeks  He asked my medical history and I think he was quite taken aback when I rattled everything off. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Managed to get some weeding done in my own rear garden then trimmed the privets for my l-d-n (lovely-downstairs-neighbour) - she was saying that she couldn't see past them from her living room window .

While I was out in Mr T's, I got a phone call with fabulous news - Mum has been found a place in Sheltered Accommodation at long last :j. Hopefully she should now be able to leave hospital asap. It's at the place that was our 'First Choice' and will be so convenient for us all to go to visit her very regularly.
