ok, so my phone has just started playing silly fools and rebooting itself any time its not plugged into charge, so it looks like a battery problem, having read up online its not an uncommon problem with the phone however manufacturer does not recognise it as a known issue.
however as far as i am aware i am still covered by the warrente on the product as i have not had it for a year yet (pretty damned close but not yet a year) so i am wondering who should i be contacting to get this sorted, the company i purchased it from the manufacturer or even my network, anyways bit more detail in case this makes any difference
ordered the phone on 29th July 2013 dispatched 30th and arrived 31st from Affordable Mobiles and its a Sony Xperia T on Three
cheers for any help

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
