Help needed ryanair problem - phone line closed

Dear All.
I am trying to check in for my family Ryanair flight tomorrow to Kerry, Ireland, and I get through all the pages until the last one, where I get the message:
"No seat is available on this flight. Please contact the airline"
Of course the phone line is closed and I have tried to call Luton Airport but all automated messages.
I am not checked in and will risk large fines, but I physically cannot check in.
I suspect it is because it is 1 Adult and 4 children and looking at the flight plan the only seats left are the extra leg room ones.
Any advice gratefully received.
Yours
Mike

I have not been in this situation, but what I would do is:
1. Capture what it says on the screen in picture format (Print screen then paste into MS Word or equivalent generic file type). D this for all relevant screens, and preferably capture the date and time in the same picture
2. Email them a copy of the 'print screen' file with all the information you need to give them
3. Call them as soon as the telephone line reopens
4. Take a copy of their t&cs with you in case you have to have a discussion about the relative rights / responsibilities of both parties in the contract at the airport.
Good luckWhoops there goes another year, there goes another pint of :beer:0 -
Take a screenshot of the error message and take it to the airport with you to prove you were trying to check in on-line0

What does it say when you get here?:

Is this for the Outbound or the Inbound?0
