Saver-upper, sorry to 'lose' you! Have you got your budget sorted?
Welcome Foolsgold01 - just declare your 'incidentals' budget for the week and then update regularly here!
So sorry with my late reply!! The stress of debt and so much to sort coupled with the summer holidays and working is starting to drain me - trying to keep my chin up though!
Ok - I am going to plump for £20 - which is £20 we owe BUT to see if it can be done! Someone at work today offered me a diet coke and for once I said "yes please" (I normally say no or give the money)! That saved me 55px

Well done on accepting the coke Foolsgold01, so technically you've already made money this week :T!
I've updated the first post with your pledge and am sending you frugal luckies to keep you going!PAYDBX 2019 - #166 - £395 / £5,6830 -
A very low spend day for me today, just 59p on some choccie (couldn't resist!).
So my remaining balance is now £17.26PAYDBX 2019 - #166 - £395 / £5,6830 -
A NSD yesterday! That took me up to 10 NSD for July, so happy with that. Will be doing the challenge again in August and aiming for another 10 at least.
Today is payday! :j I'm gonna run out of bread today but think I've got some in the freezer maybe. Will see if I can mange another NSD today to keep my ten pound note intactStarting 2016 debt-free

Spends today so far:
Start - £17.26
Book - £6.45
Crisps - £1.00
Biscuits - 49p
Remaining - £9.32
I spent a disheartening half hour in DottyPs trying on a few sale tops that all looked awful on me as I need to lose weight
Hence the book...it's a diet book...

Cheers! Just a bunch of bananas bought today for my packed lunches. That's budgeted for in the food budget so the tenner is still intact!
It was tough today though as I've just been paid and was very tempted to go into tescoids on the way home, which would surely have resulted in unnecessary spending. I forced myself to go straight home and am now having a slightly strange dinner made from random ingredients found in the cupboard/fridge!Starting 2016 debt-free

Hello all
Start £20 ( I shan't include the +55p for the diet coke hehee).
Hubby had to get bread and milk earlier...and he got...bread and milk :j this was £2.39. I also had to pay a library debt - this will teach me as it was £5.60I also bought some free range eggs yesterday (from a lady with free range chickens who sells the eggs on her driveway) at £2.50 for a dozen.
Although we are new to all this budgeting properly, working together and knowing how much we spend per week this is very helpful! So although I assume we wouldn't normally include bread and milk as it would be a part of the food budget its useful to us to see what we get each week as bread and milk cripples us normally at £20 a pop!!
Therefore from £20.00 we are now at £9.51. I do though have to do an online shop which brings me out into a cold sweat _pale_

I'm always getting library fines! I renew the books online now though which helps to avoid/minimise them a bit...
How do you spend £20 on milk and bread? Is it buying lots of other stuff while you're there? I do have that problem as well which is why I've been avoiding even setting foot in tescoids this week and i'm living out of the cupboards!Starting 2016 debt-free

Very low spend for me today (so far, but hopefully nothing else to come). Just 20p towards a collection.
Remaining = £9.12
Well done to hubby, Foolsgold01. It's always dangerous to send OHs shopping!!
Hope you enjoyed your dinner-surprise yesterday Aphidgirl!PAYDBX 2019 - #166 - £395 / £5,6830
