E2Save Contract problem..help
Afew months back i took a contract out with e2save, on delivery of the phone(wouldnt switch on) so unable to use,was pretty annoyed, the box seals had also been broken.Rang them told me i had to pay to return it,they would fix or replace at there leisure, cutting a long story short i cancelled the contract, returned the phone recorded delivery.
Weeks later i then get a bill for £59 and since then had a few phone calls chasing the money,on each occasion i explain what happened, and seemingly get them to grasp the situation( even on there system it was returned and cancelled) yet still they keep ringing, yesterday they even texted the number which i ported via pac code, asking to ring urgently.
HELP!!!!!

What's the £59 charge for?
Did you order it online and was it returned within the prescribed period. Did you make any calls on it?0 -
Presumably it`s the monthly charge, no calls made as it wouldnt turn on, sent back within 2 days of receiving.0

In that case there should be zero charge. You will have to write to them I guess. what you must be sure to do is to obtain their assurance that they do not believe that you owe them the money. Otherwise they may put a marker on your credit rating and this will be most annoying, especially if you do not discover it until you try applying for credit for something. You may have to tell them that if they do not stop hassling you that you will refer it to your solicitor.0
