Left travel insurance details in Spain

Hi all, Very stupidly left all travel Insurance docs in Spain, not a great problem as returning in September, however we are going to Germany for a week or so and could really do with contacting the brokers for details. Am ashamed to say that we only remember that the brokers name is Portman who have insured us with Aviva, terrible I know as we have been with them for 3 years !!

Not only that, our Health cards are with the private Insurance

Can anyone advise as to the best action tia !

I know this will not help you at the moment, but one thing that we do is scan all our important documents (passport, driving licence, insurances, EHIC, etc.) and upload them to Google Drive. These are then easily accessed on a mobile phone or computer no matter where we are in the world.

Ring Aviva......
They should be able to locate your policy from your postcode or other details.
