When I use my Clydesdale Bank debit card the till receipts always say Debit MasterCard. On the card itself the hologram clearly shows the word DebitThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I was attracted by the MSE article advising on Section 75 and Chargeback. Having made an internet purchase on my Mastercard Debit (awaiting delivery), I made enquiries. Chargeback.com replied (from USA) with financial sector gobbledygook which seems to suggest their service is not public purchasers. How can I learn more on how to use Chargeback?
ps Sorry if I've put this request in the wrong part of the forum0 -
Why would you contact chargeback.com, who seem to be a company in the USA offering a service to corporate clients? If you want to do a chargeback contact your card issuer. It's all explained in the MSE guide so I suggest you read it a bit more carefully.0
