Will it reveal their complete address (plus landline number) though, I know the email, mobile phone number and post code, which narrows it down to a group of 20 odd homes0

I believe that you need a full postal address before you can start legal action.
Do you have the sellers name as you might be able to get their address from here

On the right you will see a link for "the phone book". Stick their postcode and surname in and see what comes up.0 -

Do they still have listings live and if so is there anything available for colelction?
If so use a different account, or get a friend to do it, and contact them expressing an interest in an item and asking for their address .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've had emails from them, had texts, and spoken on phone, but nothing replied to for a week, collecting it next week.0
