I composed a list of FAQ's about 18 months ago, and each airline specific thread was, when created by Centipede, copied & started by these FAQ's.
Unfortunately, these have now all disappeared.
I've trawled through the archives, and have fortunately eventually found a post where *my* list of the FAQ's have been quoted.
This links you to the FAQ's
Whilst there have been some new court cases - now under appeal - the general jist of info still remains in this post, and might well be useful to people - and even the regulars to point people in the right direction. The links in the quoted post still work.
I suggest this post is bumped occasionally to keep the info within eyesight.
