If you look on the mega index I am sure there is a recipe for Jam Crumbly made in the micro and also a flapjack recipe.

I just want to say that the everyday biscuits are wonderful. I usually make chocolate ones and OH loves them. He is always wanting me to make them, if I make a whole batch they only last a day or so.
I would recommend them to every biscuit lover.0 -
I make shortbread (though I don't think it's technically shortbread proper) which tastes amazing, and works out at roughly 60-70p a batch. Can't remember exact measures, but it uses flour, caster sugar, butter, rice flour. Makes two very large ones, or about 20 biscuit-sized biscuits. I have found that you can taste if it's not fresh butter though
Has to be butter and not that bizarre mixed stuff, but Value butter is still butter. Light, airy and crisp, and get cheered at work when I bring in a box for morning tea! Certainly not Value brand though

Why would you want to free them? There very bad for you and need to be under lock and key.
I'm sure you can freeze them though.I think someone said they cooked them first and then froze. But I would think freezing the dough would be ok too. If you get sick let us know.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0
