Doubt it. They will probably think it is the driver sending the PCN back and continue sending an NtK to the car the PCN was originally on.

Did you say the ticket was stuck to the side of your car? Don't most get stuck on the windscreen, the three I have received certainly were!I'll just hang onto it then in case I receive anything else.

As you say it sounds like the person who received the ticket either just ripped it off his windscreen and threw it and it stuck to the side of your car or the person did it deliberately in the hope that you would pay up!!!0
