I used to have a slot tv in which i put £1 coins in. I had a few cash loans with them. I have since moved house and have no paperwork. I emailed them and said i might have had ppi with them. Two days later i got a phone call from a regional manager saying they never had ppi out on anybodys loans. Is this possible ? I just find this strange, a phone call and not an e mail.

Telebank only supplied coin slot television in the 80's and very early nineties.
There was no PPI on that.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

So, are you saying you had CPP on telebank/homebuy? What his t-mobile got to do with telebank/homebuy?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). OP claimed otherwise (see above). I agree there was no PPI.They didn't do loans, they sold goods on credit.
Answered on the duplicate post correctly posted here:What his t-mobile got to do with telebank/homebuy?
