taka ~ try it its so easy to make and it tastes lush ~ it doesnt look too good but once you eat it mmmm and very low in fat and cal too :T

toto ~ go on and then post a pic, i am sure it will be fine... but depending on your oven you may have to remove it earlier than it states

Just popping my head round the door for a quickie haven't read the thread yet,so forgive me,how's everyone doing?
I popped into Norwich today for a spot of shopping,it was soooo hot and muggy,ended up in Starbucks watching some plonker pretending to be Elvis with his dad (who looked like he should have been tending his spuds on the allotment!) miming into a pretend plastic mic :eek: :rotfl: absolutely hilarious and well worth the £9.67 for the coffee and muffins
I'll have something stronger now though PAP,make mine a Pimms and DIET lemonade please
