2 crushed Weetabix
1 cup of sultanas
2 cups of Self raising flour

Mix these dry ingredients together, then add

1 cup of milk and a teaspoon of mixed spice

Stir again and pour the mix into a greased loaf tin, bake at 325 degrees for about 45 mins.

Its wonderful slightly warm and always with butter/spread.

I am not a lover of fruit cake, never touch them, but this is different, trust me, you MUST make this, even my fussy kids adore it, in fact I have given the recipe out to everyone who has ever tried it!

she's ok at cooking Toto, although nearly poisoned me when she was about 17, bless her with a chicken drumstick casserole and the meat was very pink. I politely picked the white bits off as she had worked really really hard on it as a way of saying thankyou for letting her stay with me.

Pap it all looks so easy, I'm going to make it and then you'll see my point. Those words will not translate to anything worthy of the OS board. I made a beetroot cake from there one day and everyone kept telling me it tasted of persil.

Oh don't cry Taka - I will share him with you. Its not fair to have him all to myself. I can ahve him Mon- wed you can have him fri to sunday. we will be super nice and give him thursday off.
