Hey I thought your bash at tigs recipe was good work... I once made cheese on toast in a toaster, I put it on it's side in a newly decorated kitchen... the smoke alarm told me it was done.

Recipe really easy.. Feeds four

Peel and crush garlic and finely chop half a red onion. Finely chop coriander and mint.. add some chilli flakes (although I used really lazy red chillies) and mix together with 900g of extra lean minced lamb. Mix well with your fingers. Divide into eight portions and shape each one into a thick burger.

spray the burgers with fry light, place on bbq or under a hot grill and cook for 5-8 mins on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

I had one on a wholemeal roll, with a nice salad with feta cheese.....
