Consumer rights to cancel a furniture order?

Afternoon guys.
Last week I purchased several pieces of furniture from Cousins furniture; they are due to be delivered in 4 weeks time. After browsing a local furniture shop I saw an identical piece of furniture for £200 cheaper than what I paid.
I rang Cousins to cancel this item in my order, only for the assistant manager to tell me that the agreement that I signed said there are no cancellations allowed but if I wanted to I can swap to another piece of furniture. I wasn't made aware of this whilst purchasing the furniture and was led to believe I was signing to confirm the price was correct (T&C's were on the back).
The T&C's on their website seem to contradict this and state:
"6.4 If you have not received the Products at the time of cancellation of the contract and we have not processed the Products for delivery, we will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the Products in question including the delivery charges in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation being accepted."
The item was not made-to-order and they had it in stock at the time of purchase.
They also offer a 14day cooling off period; which I cannot understand how this applies if you are unable to cancel?
The store manager is calling me back tomorrow to discuss.
What rights do I have to cancel the contract under these circumstances?
The website T&C's are found here:

Thanks in advance!

Those terms and conditions apply to online orders, you bought in store?0

Yes I did, i wasn't sure if the online terms were relevant or not.
Do I have any right to cancel or do I have to hope for the goodwill of the store manager?0 -

When buying in store, it's safe to assume that there is no right of cancellation unless there is a store policy that states otherwise.
As there is no legal right to cancel, there is no requirement for the salesman to advise you of this.0 -
You can try, but I wouldn't say it is on the back of finding it cheaper elsewhere, just something like changed mind as it won't fit or something.
If it represents a small part of the order they might do it to keep you sweet.0 -
